The Art Of Framing

Hope. Change. Progress. Unity. Simple yet powerful words. Words that can inspire us to dream, to strive for something better, to be part of something bigger than ourselves. Barack Obama’s campaign has embodied these ideals and helped inspire people from all walks of life to participate in the political process and have their voices heard. “Art for Change” echoes that sentiment by bringing together a diverse group of artists from across the United States to show us what inspires them, what gives them hope, and which issues are close to their hearts. We hope you are able to connect with the
images on a level that speaks to your hopes and dreams, to your concerns and beliefs. Relating through these shared ideals, in the
words of Barack Obama, “we can recognize ourselves in each other.”

The featured artists in “Art for Change” are male and female, amateur and professional, come from all walks of life, and range in
age from 12 to 72. The exhibit features works on various progressive themes, such as the environment, gay rights, and racial tolerance, as well as images of Senator Obama himself. 50% of the exhibit’s proceeds will be donated to the DNC’s Victory Fund, set up to fund campaign advertising for the Obama/Biden campaign.To purchase any of the artwork, please call us at 619-563-9770 until we get our e-commerce set up.
